Cathy Campbell was most recently Vice President and General Counsel for Denali Incorporated, a specialty manufacturer for products in the chemical, petrochemical, water and waste water, pulp and paper, and power generation industries. Over her 23-year tenure, she was instrumental in its growth from a single manufacturing company to an international, multi-subsidiary company.

Now in her own practice, Ms. Campbell provides the legal skills and insights she has cultivated to smaller businesses without in-house counsel, to large corporations in need of periodic legal support or outside counsel oversight, as well as to boutique litigation firms as a resource for corporate law. She is licensed to practice law in Utah and Texas.
